Plan:
Design a competency model and SharePoint microsite for a pharmaceutical organization to help employees assess their skills and enhance their careers.
Action:
Working closely with a consulting firm, I designed a competency model following the pharmaceutical company’s brand guidelines and assessment tools. In addition, I created a logo for the microsite and designed the site using Modern SharePoint as its foundation.
